Delivery of your goods

After we receive the payment of your order, we deliver your goods inmediatelly or the next day, trough the courier selected in your purchasing process.

Depending of your location we  use the following courier companies :

NACEX - For  Spain and Portugal.

Delivery time is  between 24h to 48h non labor days excluded.

( Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla please contact with customer atention departement using contact form. )

UPS - For export deliveries in all countries and Balear Islands.

Delivery time is between 48h to 72h non labor days excluded for Europe and 4 to 6 days for North America.

Mail - All countries. Only for deliveries in mail envelope and weight less than 400gr.  This option is only available if the product selected has this parameters of weight.

! Important ! This type of delivery have special terms :

- We can't assure the excatlly delivery time, and you need to follow personally for the second delivery if you are not in your house in the first time delivery.

Tips and recomendations

In the amount of shipping cost handling, packaging are included.

Regulary the shipping cost calculations is made for the ED-Store system after you are registerd you can optimize your shipping cost adding more products in your basquet and check automatically the new shipping cost, the steps of this are  in weight of 1Kg or 2Kg and you can pay the same shipping cost practically for one or more products.


- For Spain and Portugal deliveries

- Delivery time  between 24h to 48h

- Availbility of second delivery of your order if you aren't find in the first time.

- SMS alert informatio about delivery time of your shipment in your mobile phone.


- For deliveries in the European Countries and Balear Islands.

- Delivery between  48h to 72h for European Countries and 4 to 6 days for North America

- Follow your delivery by UPS Tracking number in his site.


- Used only for products weighing less than 400g. and that can be sent by postal envelope.

Countries can use this mode of delivery:

- SPAIN (Peninsula and Baleares, Canarias Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.)
- Canary Islands please contact our Sales department for more weight and also for orders more than 200eur. - email:

- North America and South America
This option does not appear if the selected product does not meet the above requirements.

- The client must track the mail notification for delivery if not find this at home, and  also the   claim for delivery incidents.
 - Especially in European countries must be follow to do the customer with the same tracking number received on the website of Correos (Spain) and later on the website of postal service in your country.


Other Countries :

Please select your country in this site and acces to your Post-mail service in your country for follow the tracking number send after your order has shipped.

World - Post Tracking :

The update information time of the tracking depends from each country's postal service.

- Enerdom can not guarantee the delivery time by post mail and follow-up
   delivery is  possible in Spain in the web site: and after in the site of Post mail service in your country.

- Monitoring in European countries depends on the postal service in each country and
   his tracking system.




When you receive your shipment in bad conditions for

Receiving a bad package for transport apparent cause should be reported and registered to the carrier in the delivery process before to accept your goods, in order to have follow the incidence.




Returns policy

Before to return any product bought in our ED-Store

Any return will be accept without RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization ) this code number will be send by our ATC Customer Atention departement  ( after analize the problem with you for help you in the diagnostic of the problem.

Always you can contact with us by phone, skype, or email for any doubt, question or sugestion,

we can find the best solution for any incidence.

General terms and conditions :

- The return of the product in the next 7 days after your purchase will be not accepted without RMA number asigned.

- After return authorization RMA must be received, the product will be returned in its original packaging, manuals, in perfect condition, and without changes in configuration or other application software added.

- The product should be returned by any means and we indicate the conditions agreed with our customer service department, the return shipping costs are at your expense.

- Once analyzed the correct condition and operation of the returned product, we will send a credit note or return money of the amount paid, included the cost of the first shipment.
